How to use FME download web service ( Pennsylvania part 1 )

Pennsylvania WeConservePA web service is here

After uninstall ArcPro 3.1  reinstall ArcPro 2.9, which will work with FME version 2021.2.  All error message are gone. I will be succesfully download web service into File-GeoDatabase.
