Even this dataset have latitude and longitude column, but only location field have the spatial query capability. 

Only lat and long column does not provide any spatial query functionality. Therefor this dataset can not be present on google maps.

Multidimensional Classified System (MCS) allows you explore the map and data in multidimensional way.

Traditional color-coded symbol map and excel-like table are two dimensional, flat, derived from paper, are static, good for flat media. MCS is dynamic, multi dimensional, interactive, good for modern internet web.  I first developed the MCS in early 2021, you would not see MCS except here now, but in the future, you will see MCS all over the world.  

 

In arcgis attribute table or any excel-like table,  there are two type of column, class column or non-class column.

Class column are column that can be classified. Same value repeatly appear in multiple rows.  This type column can be "group by" in SQL statement. Such as, city, type, year, location.

Non-class column are column that can not be classified, usually have unique value for each row. Such as Id, amount, value, date-time, geometry, lat, long, etc

If you want to classify non-class column, such as rainfall amount, you should create a new class column 'rainfall level' as high(over 1000mm), medium( 1000mm - 100mm), low(100mm - 1mm), very low( less than 1mm).

It is the data author's responsibility to publish how to classify the non-class column such as value amount in this example. The data viewer or user have no knownledge on how to classify, and therefore should not do this job. 

That is the reason, in my MCS, I did not allow user classify any non-class column, such as any value, id, column. ArcMap allow you classify value column because Arcmap user usually are both data user and data author, should have the capability to do so. MCS user usually are not data author, should not classify the value column.

In the future, when MCS all over the world, MCS require data author prepare the corresponding class column for the non-class column in advance. So the MCS user can easily see classified non-class column. In another word, data author have to create class column to classify the non-class column ( such as value range ).
