How to publish layer on arcgis portal ( part 1 ) create map

1) create a new map in arcpro

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2) add layer, add label

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3) before publish, make sure you login to the correct portal. Otherwise, you will be publish to wrong place.
