How to fix this failed arcgis rest service
Some time max return count number is too large ( for example some people set it as insane 25000 ). This large number can cause arcgis rest service failure due to it can't handle such large number. The fix is extremely easy, just reduce this number to 100. Done.
Reduce from 5000 to 50
Unfortunately this time even I set it to 50, the error stay. So must be something else. Let's check this layer on arcgis portal see if something abnormal.
