User report Arcgis collector app on ipad can't login.
The reason is Arcgis collector app has been completely removed from Apple app store since 2021.
2. copy item id
3. paste item id in portal content and search for it
4. make sure this layer share with correct group
5. make sure this layer shared with fire group
6. Give this user 'publisher' role since publisher have 'edit' privilege
7. add user to fire group
8. open fire group > member
9. add new user to fire group
