1. add 2 layers
2. freeze following fields
2.1 use field view to drag-drop field to front(top)
2.2 I prefer use field view to move these field to the front
2.3, save field view change
3. if ExstAggSrc is not match to pad3.0, it will always be "not" match, should be marked as not match
4. mark as not match, should change ExstJnIDRev to 0, also comment at ReconComm column
5. repeat step 4 for all other ExstAggSrc is not padus3.0
6. move required field to the front
