Each caller pin number will attach to an organization.
for example I use my cell phone 310-710-6501 to call ESRI customer service 909-793-2853
If I enter pin number 9111, ESRI will attach my call to customer USGS, with my account joe.hu@contract.usgs.gov
If I enter pin number 8111, ESRI will attach my call to customer HRSR, with my account joe.hu@hrsa.gov
If I enter pin number 7111, ESRI will attach my call to customer city of la quinta, with my account jhu@laquintaca.gov
If I enter pin number 6111, ESRI will attach my call to customer city of palm springs, with my account joe.hu-T@palmspringsca.gov
If I enter pin number 5111, ESRI will attach my call to customer city of victorville, with my account jhu@victorvilleca.gov
If I use same pin number for all org, then ESRI will only by default to attach my call to whatever last use active organization.
All my case will be send to wrong organization.
