one stop US national map

Question

Official USGS one stop US map is here. I feel it is hard to use. Took me a while to figure out what is where.  For 300 million public users who never work on ESRI product,  it is harder for them to use. 

Generally speaking, if you want public to use your ESRI out of box product, you need to train them through youtube tutorial video.

Otherwise, they simply have no idea where to click if they never use ESRI product before.
