quickly check whether an address is historical site, model 15, palm springs, ca

Step 2: check result 

Knowing issue:  Current ESRI geocode widget configure to street address, it will place the address on the street, cause the result error. This sample, result should be YES.  When configure esri geocode, set to on top of building, it will get correct result.  Historical site area is parcel based. Parcel boundary do not overlap on top of street. Street is public, Parcel is private.
