database connection failed arcgis pro

Question

Error : 

Connection was attempted with an older version of SQL Server client communications software that is not compatible with the SQL Server database server

Reason: 

missing ODBC driver

 

Solution:

install ODBC driver

ERROR: 

                   connection to SQL server is successful after instal ODBC driver

                    but windows user are not authorized to access gis database

 

Solution: 

                 ask server admin to add me to database user list.
