When I export whole feature dataset from arcSDE SQL server to file geodatabase, error occured. When I try to just add this layer to map, it also failed with same error. I can not even open this layer.
Another day, when I just copy all layers in that feature dataset then paste in a file geodatabase, no error.
I guess someone is editing this layer, when error occured. Another day, no one is editing any of the layer, then no error. Export tool and copy paste essentailly are same process,
