This GIS admin turn off directory service indicate they do not want public to see their arcgis server content.
Obviously this GIS admin made a big mistake. Public user still can see their arcgis server content.
Following 2.1 - 2.5 are all their arcgis server content. Their content still expose to public.
The correct way to hide arcgis server content to public, this GIS admin should do following 4 steps.
1. go to portal.
2. open each item page.
3. click share button
4. select organization
Obviously this GIS admin did not get this point.
