Why city manager need this app has a reason. Based on these number, we know how many 911 call is from outside of city and what the call is so neighbourhood city can share the cost with us.

all 911 call without any filter test
make sure all these number make sense.

fire station filter test
select each fire station, all these number should change accordingly, otherwise, indicate problems.

fire unit code test
select each unit code, make sure all numbers changed accordingly.

Date range test
select any day, numbers and points on map should change accordingly.

incident type test
select for example baby birth delivery call
Trouble shoot
During any filter test, if you don't see map point change accordingly, it is because each filter action setting isn't configured properly, you should fix action for each filter like this.
After fixed filter action setting, don't forget to click save button. Otherwise, your fix would not work.
I am too excited to fix then forget to click save button. I scratch my head wondering why my fix didn't work?
