I realized that Omni search (all in one) design is actually a small scale of google search.

Google search create a index table to index every piece of information on internet.

Omni search ask you to create a index table to index every piece of information within your organization's all resource asset layers.

This idea is so great, it should be expend to all other states department.

Every state  has their resource and asset in multiple layers, but lack of mechanism infrastructure to let user easily find it.

Every organization has their own resource and asset, because of ESRI don't have such product, they all lack of infrastructure to let user easily find it.

Omni search should expend expend to all organization that has resource and asset.

Here is example to approve the opposite way.

HRSA all US healthcare resource, all hospital, all medical center, all dentist, all doctors, etc.... all nation's health care resource is on this map, so many layers.

Assuming I am a user, I know a hospital name, or a doctor name, can I find it through this all resource comprehensive map?

Even all US healthcare resource asset is indeed on this map, you still can't find this simplest medical center by name.

Why, because it lack of infrastructure to let you do omni search.
