If something doesn't work, blame ESRI, you never went wrong
Old version project map use web appbuilder,

Do not crash frequently like experience builder did.
New version project map use experience builder
https://rebuildingca-project.dot.ca.gov/CaltransProjectMap/
When you search something, then clear the search bar, it will crash all the time.
Other operation also cause browser crash frequently.
This is knowing issue, we can not fix it, because it is originated from experience builder core component, ESRI should fix it, but they did not. Hopefully in future, next version release ESRI can solve this issue.
