ESRI POI borned in winter 2024, which is 19 years late than google. ESRI POI data comes from third party vendor fouresqure, which collect POI data from multiple sources. See Step 7 for details.

Unfortunately, found nothing, failed this test, ( as of today 2025, POI test show that ESRI is not there yet, probably still need years of years )

Warning: Most of ESRI map you see except transparentgov.net, are using ESRI standard web map viewer or classic(old) web map viewer. All of them don't provide you POI search bar.
Instead, you get address only search bar in these maps.

This is Standard ESRI web map viewer. It don't have POI search bar. Instead, you are looking at is just standard address only search bar

Why ESRI don't provide POI search on their web map viewer?
Because, they can't charge you money if you search POI on their web map viewer.
Remember internet is free, browser is free, web map viewer is free, very difficult to charge you money.

ESRI provide POI search on their desktop Arcgis PRO. You need to pay extra business license to search POI.
Additionally if you search POI on their Arcgis online product, you will also need to pay credit ( 1 credit = $1 ) for search POI.

You can test other POI by looking at any google map, google map always show all POI on their map, while standard ESRI map don't show POI on their map.
