City of LA on average have about 100 new business license application every day. LA has around 1 million address.
Smallest city for example has 1% of size of LA, that is 10k address, average will have 1 new business license every day.
About 30 new business each month. Closed business not included. Depending on the size of given city, you should have an idea how frequently common place, POI changing over the time.
911 CAD system, need to capture these changes on time to avoid these happen:
1) 911 caller report a new business name, which is not in CAD system.
2) 911 dispatcher look up a business name in CAD system, the phone and name, address are outdated, or business no longer exist.
To have up to date common place, POI, the collecting tool should be easy to operate, cost minimum time.
So you can update POI frequently.
If one time update POI only cost you 10 min and 10 mouse click, you can update POI every day.
If one time update POI cost you 10 hours and 20000 mouse click, you can't update every day.
POI provider limit count of POI each mouse click you can get.
Microsoft limit 100 commonplace per mouse click.
Google limit 20 commonplace per mouse click.
Yelp limit 20 commonplace per mouse click
ESRI limit 100 commonplace per mouse click
For smallest city, 4000 POI requires 200 google click.
Large city for example Los Angeles, esitmate 400k POI requires 20000 google click.
To make your life easier, I develope the model 4x4, 16x16, which save your breaths and time by multiply the total count of POI limit in each mouse click.
model 3816 give you 320 commonplace each mouse click 1 click = 16 x 20(google poi limit) = 320 poi, original 16 hours work now can be done in 1 hour.
model 8516 give you 1 click = 16 x 100(microsoft poi limit) = 1600 POI commonplace
Those are currently most powerfull tool I had, they are good for large city.

model 3834 and 8504 are 4x4 core, 1 click = 4 x POI limit, save you 75% of time and effort. Is good for small city.
model 3834, give you 4x20 = 80 google POI each mouse click
model 8504, give you 4x100=400 microsoft POI each mouse click.
