Step 18.
If you search POI, 5731 bicke, you will see target, cvs, etc.. address point do not have duplicated address any more,
but POI still has duplicated address, this can be fix by further improvement.
Step 19.
fturther improvement is create 3 new fields

populate these 3 new field use rule: if it is address, then populate it real address info, if it is POI point, do not populate, leave it as blank. Later we are going to use these 3 new fields in locator field mapping. This should fix the POI duplicate address problem.
first, find only address point, exclude POI point by source feature class value

populate these 3 field with real address info.

if it is address, POI field is empty, but poiStreetName, has value
if it is POI point, POI field has poi name + address, however poiStreetName is empty.
This should fix the duplicate address problem we see previously.
Why we do this? because Arcgis Pro locator design like that, we can not make change on Pro locator, but we can make change on input source data.
