This wrong address will cause
motorola flex 911 CAD system dispatch to wrong place.
blue box with 6510 is actual place, it should dispatch to blue box.
However, 911 CAD will dispatch to yellow circle, which is wrong, it will cause police officer have hard time to find it.

why dispatch to wrong place?
Because 911 CAD list 6510 as red,
red means not real address, 911 CAD will estimate a location for these kind of fake address.
Of course it will not be accurate as you see here, it is a few house away from real location.

6510 is valid or wrong ? Google and USPS both say it is valid. I open google street view to prove it. see the number on house, it clearly says 6510.

LA county acessor office using parcel address to collect property tax. However, something went wrong here. County collect tax on 3043, not on 6501.
But resident actually print 6501 on their home.

Google street view show 3043 mail box outside of the next house. LA county somehow went wrong. USPS is correct about this. Google is correct about this.

LA county do not collect property tax on 6510 ARBUTUS AVE
6510 is not a valid parcel address in LA county tax system.
If you search, you will not nothing on it. It only list related address.

I am not property tax expert,
I guess, this resident use back yard to build a 2nd house for rent? maybe for whatever reason.
They then goto USPS to apply for a new address for this 2nd house, They can bypass city planning and zoning authority to get a new USPS home delivery address in the past years.
But now it is not possible to bypass city planning authority to get a new USPS home delivery address.
They report to LA county for tax
use 3043. Just guess, I am not actually know what happen.
6501 address is still valid in USPS system, but not valid in LA county system.
Google possible get address from both USPS and LA county. That is why google is correct.
