Step 1.
POI name could be mess up, like this,
need to fix by re-collect these area, overwrite the bad one
This will be done by POI refinery tool
Step 2.
raw poi come from different source company, from different collecting date.
all of them need to combine together

these are private company, not law enforcement agency, need to be remove from list.

Step 4.
this tool will combine all kinds of raw POI from different area, source company, date
always load newest one,
for example, if you want to fix some POI,
re-collect that small area again, as newest POI patch.
load newest POI patch file first, then load old one
The first loaded POI patch will overwrite old one by fix it.
It is like you have flat tire, first you cut a new rubber patch,
load rubber patch first, then load the tire,
patch and tire will merge, patch will overwrite tire in that small area.
so with refinery tool, you can collect small area a time at a different date.
Then apply patch to big list.
If you missing some POI in some area, you can apply patch to fix it.
With refinery tool, you can collect any small area, any day, any source company,
then apply patch

click bad removal will remove bad one

good + bad = standard
This is like oil refinery. raw oil have good ingredient and bad ingredient.
you load raw POI into refinery tool,
it out put good and bad one.
Step 8.
poi name have following keyword will be removed.
all you need is just maintain this bad list,
This is like human immune system.
bad keyword is like virus, once you encounter a bad keyword, then you record it here.
next time, when you encounter them again,
you can immediately identify they are virus, remove then automatically.
