This tool designed NOT work the way I want.
It works only on limited condition, red arrow. It design special for street line, extend to another street line.
so all street line are intersected,
If extended line would not intersect with another line, it would NOT extend (red box)
Previously AI try to find solution to let it work, it go to wrong direction. go to dead end.
This tool is not suppose to work that way.

work around is re-do bearing line with 200 feet.
make sure distance field update from 100 feet to 200 on point

original is 100 feet line, 95% intersect with street line, leave 5% too short.
