Not sure why failed to push update.
But work around applied.
Step 1.
Client request to remove some business name from map.
After remove them, need push update to arcgis server.
When push update, failed.
Overwrite ProLocator_C is fine with different name loc_c1, c2, etc...
But overwrite GeoLocation_C with different name GeoLocation failed.
Step 2.
error log is here,
failed to rename.
Step 3.
Because last failed rename during overwrite, cause, service stopped.
First need start service, try overwrite again
Step 4.
overwrite GeoValidation_C always failed to rename,
If overwrite not work, then delete it, re-publish it.
Step 5.
re-publish GeoValidation
Step 6.
Must check Flex SOE
Step 7.
even re-publish, still error, but different error message
Step 8.
GeoValidation_C , service is already deleted,
if there, could be something lock this folder, ( see date, was yesterday)
if it is today( means I just publish to create this folder today, but it is not),
Something lock this folder,
cause overwrite failed, re-publish failed.
Note: admin can delete this folder,
Step 9.
work around is create a new configuration E replace C
GeoValidation_E
Step 10.
rename C to E
Step 11.
re-publish loc_e as ProLocator_E
Step 12.
tool bar also need rename from C to E
