Step 1.
If you use assessor parcel address for police CAD, there is a big problem need to solve.
duplicate parcel address
for example below 2 parcel , both share same address 3211.
For tax purpose, no problem.
For police use in car, when police type 3211, they hope to see only one address 3211, which is a school,
But now it show multiple 3211, one for parking lot, one for building, very confusing which one to choose.
Police want one target, which is school, not parking lot.
Step 2.
another example:
6537, have 6 duplicate address,
When police type 6537, it popup 6 address, very confusing, not sure which one to choose.
As police use, they only want to see 1 address represent as a school, not 6 parking lot.
Step 3.
how many such duplicate address in tax parcel address ? 113
these need to be removed to avoid confusing.

Step 4.
how to remove them ?
when you load the raw data, it automatically removed duplicate for you,
when you read total 7209, it already removed duplicated.
all you need is to click download geojson button to save it.

parcel address originally with duplicate address, total is 7322,

micro-station address also have duplicate address,
but the cause of duplicate isn't same as parcel address.
it is due to convert text annotation to address point, some how make 1% duplication.
each dupliation are always have 2 copy, not like parcel addres, some have 2 copy, some have 6 copy, because a big parking lot could have 6 parcel, they all share same address.
