Plus sign can add multiple source of address together.
Minus sign can split address into different purpose group.
neutral sign simple combine 2 source of address together without filter out duplicate
Step 2.
Note:
apartment and unit have same address, but different unit number. Some time, county missing unit number, as a result is you see a bunch of "same" address, they are not same, county just missed assign unit number.
These looks like same address, actually is NOT same. Should be keep as is.
When use these tools, should bypasss these unit related address.
a bunch of 6013, looks like the same address,

however, county tax department, somehow only record some of unit number, also missing a few, see red arrow, this kind of things is very often cross the los angeles county.
