79191 Kara (non-exist fake address) will not work in parcel based locator see example:

street line based locator will work with non-exsit address. parcel based locator does not work with non-exist address. If you accidently typo the house number, street line based locator will still get you the nearby of real location. But parcel based locator will not work, simple return no result.
