How to convert address list in excel to point layer ( geocoding )

Question

I have a list of business license hundreds of thousands address in excel file.

I need to map these license as point on map.

What is geocoding, geocode ?

Option 1:
Use Arcgis PRO, arcgis online geocoding service
Fast, easy, 7 cents per address, pay by your organization's arcgis online credit, 1 credit = 1 dollar. If you have 20k credit remaining, I recommend spend it. If you don't spend you might lose it after certain years.

Option 2:

Manually create a locator use Arcgis PRO. Need to download address point layer and street center line layer from here
