Simple is beauty   

 

The first Google Map Apps I made was in 2007. 

When I was a graduate student in Idaho State University GIS master program in Geoscience Department

Professor Dan Ames who is Co-Founder of MapWindow

He offered me a position on his hydrological mapping project founded by National Science Foundation (NSF)

I use Google Maps and hydrological REST service to create 

my first google map apps to show all the US hydrological monitoring site live data

In 2008, Frank Robert Tribe GIS manager offered me a positon at Coeur d’Alene Tribe in Plummer, Idaho.

 Frank is the creator of "meta-data editor plugin" in ArcMap.

 In 2010, I moved to southern california Los Angeles area due to a job offer by Michael(Mike) Tupper.

He is GIS manager at Southern California Edison. He designed the company's power distribution GIS system using smallworld GE

In 2017, Vandergriff Greg Manager in City of Los Angeles Public Work Department 

and Neumann Nathan City GIS principle offered me a position. During this period,

TransparentGov.net developed into its primitive form. 

World first Microsoft Bing Map and Mapbox based model was lanched during this period.

 

                      将局于一域的可不可、然不然之知,上升为普遍的是非标准,仿佛十日并出,万类都烤为焦炭了。被标榜为普遍标准的是非若仅仅体现为日常生活中统一的行为规范,无论多么刻板,也只是对部分人的桎梏。而一旦上升为文明的样板,并以此来模铸其他异质性文明,就势必会转变为惨酷的征伐。因此,一旦有了普遍的是非标准的主张,道就遮蔽和残缺了:“是非之彰也,道之所以亏也;道之所以亏,爱之所以成。” 然而人们总有执一时之可不可、然不然为普遍化了的是非之知的倾向,在庄子看来,“天下之辩者”乐之不疲的无聊辩论,“外乎子神,劳乎子之精”,纯粹是对生命的虚耗。而是非之彰,也就意味着道的遮蔽和残缺。简单地消解是非,会引生出更根本的对是非的强调。因为如果我们说分别是非是不对的,不分别是非才是对的,这岂不是又落入到了是非当中?所以,正确地面对各种是非的纷扰的方法是“因是”。所谓“因是”,就是肯定所有的是非的主张。通过这样的肯定,各种被强调为普遍的是非标准,就自然显露出其相对性来。而相对化了的是非,也就自然被还原到了一域之知的地位。
